How do I claim my profile?
We may already have your agency listed. Email claim@buyersagentsaus.com.au with your agency name and we'll get back to you within one business day.
Can I edit my profile?
Free agents can update their basic details by emailing us. Pro agents get access to the agent portal, where you can manage your profile, FAQs, gallery images, and booking link directly.
What if I get a bad review?
Reviews are written by verified buyers. If a review breaches our guidelines (harassment, fake reviews, off-topic content), you can flag it from your profile page. We review flagged content within 48 hours and remove anything that genuinely breaches our policy. We don't remove reviews just because an agent disagrees with them.
Is there a contract?
No. Pro is billed annually. Cancel anytime and you keep your free listing. No lock-in, no penalty.
