Why we built this
We got frustrated with property directories. You search for a buyers agent, and the first result is whoever paid the most for the slot. The second result too. Buyers are making some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives and the tools they have are built around agent marketing budgets, not buyer needs.
So we built something different. A directory where rankings are based on real reviews, not advertising spend. Where every agent listing shows you what actual clients thought, not just a polished profile.
It's free for buyers
Always. No hidden fees, no premium search results behind a paywall, no lead-selling where your details get passed to ten agents you didn't ask to hear from.
We charge agents a small annual fee for a verified profile. That's it. That fee keeps the site running without compromising what buyers see.
Reviews are real
Every review requires email verification before it goes live. Some reviewers go further, providing private proof of purchase that our team checks manually. Those reviews get an extra verified badge.
We don't curate reviews. If a buyer had a bad experience with an agent and the review meets our guidelines, it stays up. Agents can respond, but they can't remove reviews they don't like.
Paying doesn't get you ranked higher
Agents with a paid profile get a Verified badge and a booking button. That's all. A paid agent with poor reviews will still sit below a free-listed agent with great ones.
Rankings are purely by review score. The best-reviewed agents come first. That's the whole point.
