About our fees
Flat Fee
Full Service Pricing is a sliding scale flat fee ranging from $17,500 (properties less than $1m) and up to $50,000 (properties above $4.5m). Full service fees require a $5k Engagement fee, with the remaining amount paid upon successful acquisition of a property for the client. Evaluation and Negotiation Services are around $10k fee, and Auction Only Service is a $1k fee.
