About our fees

Flat Fee

There is an initial engagement fee which enables Tracey to begin the process of finding you your new property. The success fee is only payable once the property has been secured and contracts have been exchanged – This is a fixed fee based on a sliding scale of the total purchase cost. This is not a percentage of the total purchase price, as Tracey negotiates the best possible price for you and she does not want her clients to ever worry that the best price has not been achieved due to the fees being a percentage of the property cost. All fees are presented upfront and are also detailed on your Exclusive Agency Agreement.
