About our fees
Flat FeePercentage Fee
The fixed fees for the "Full Buyer Service" range from 1.5% to 3.0% of the purchase price (the flat fee equivalent), with a minimum cap. For the Negotiation and Auction services, the fixed fees are under 1%. The agency charges a fixed compensation based on each price band and prefers a fixed fee schedule to avoid any perception of bias in negotiations. An initial retainer fee, also known as an engagement fee, is payable upfront, and the success fee is due once the property is secured (unconditionally exchanged). The total cost is inclusive of the initial retainer fee.
