This includes searching for suitable properties, attending open inspections or private viewings, arranging and reviewing building inspections, negotiating directly with selling agents, and coordinating the conveyancing process to ensure a seamless transaction. Their fee structure is as follows: For properties priced under $850,000, AEJ charges a flat fee of $8,500 (including GST). For properties over $850,000, the fee is 1% of the purchase price. An initial non-refundable engagement fee of $2,400 is required to commence services. The remaining balance is due within seven days of the property becoming unconditional.
